Bartlett Beach aka Little Beach at end of the street, 200 meters stroll. Comfy beds, aircon in lounge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, free WiFi, smart TV. Local cafes and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. Great bush walking trails. Pet friendly on request for small dogs, pre-approval required.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
All living and bedrooms are upstairs. Walk up the outdoor stairs and you enter in the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is the heart of the house, with dining / living to one side and two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with seperate toilet on the other side.
Downstairs has the second bathroom / laundry with washing machine and dryer. As well as a single garage and alfresco sitting areas. Please note areas downstairs is accessible via outdoor access only, there are no internal stairs.
Downstairs has a second traditional bathroom aka laundry with shower and toilet.

THE AREA
Bonny Hills offers a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and community spirit with great cafes only a short stroll away as well as the local surf club open Friday night for drinks on the deck where you can soak up the sea views.
Bartletts Beach is one block way, 3 minutes walk, a protected beach for small children. Spoonys Bay is located through a lovely bush track about 5 minutes walk as well as Shelly Beach in the other direction, both have great rock pools at low tide, ideal for collecting shells with the kids. Patrolled Rainbow Beach is 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Grab your coffees on your way through from either Crave@Bonnys or Bonnys Cafe.
Adopt the beach lifestyle and enjoy outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking or simply relaxing. You name it, we’ve got it.

PET FRIENDLY - SMALL DOGS ONLY - PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED
We allow small dogs on request, just chat to us. Please inform us about your dog breed and age, as courtesy to the property owner. Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Pets not allowed on beds and lounge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation of being a responsible pet owner. Sorry no cats.
We have many pet-friendly beaches and bush walking trails accessible on foot from the beach house.

OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.

How to reach the property

HOW TO GET HERE
From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, take a right into Elizabeth Street, drive til the end and the house is on your left hand side.


From Brisbane:
Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, once you pass the caravan park on the top of the hill, take the 4th left into Elizabeth Street, drive til the end and the house is on your left hand side.

Security Deposit

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 500.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
