Walk across the road and hit the sand and surf of patrolled Rainbow Beach, grab a coffee from the local café and enjoy the views. Multiple outdoor decks. LINEN
Linen and towels are provided, beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Upstairs features an open plan living and dining, 2 bedrooms and main bathroom with separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen has gas cook top, dishwasher, lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to a large lounge room leading out to the front covered deck overlooking the beach. A large dining room with cosy fireplace is also next to the kitchen opening up to the back deck at the rear with lounge chairs perfect for morning tea or afternoon delights. Magnificent ocean views from the upstairs level.
The bedrooms are down the hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe, ocean views and access to the front balcony where you can soak up your dose of vitamin sea.
The second bedroom has a king single bed key safe to store any valuables.
Both bedrooms share the main bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and vanity. Separate toilet down the hall.

Downstairs features a large rumpus room for kids and adults alike with, study nook, second TV and a variety of games and two futon sofas that could be used as beds for children.
Two more bedrooms, a second bathroom and laundry, with separate toilet are down the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed, study desk, sliding doors lead out to the covered deck and garden area. The fourth bedroom has a king single bed.
Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and a shower for washing those sandy feet.

The grassed level backyard, covered entertainers space and bar area are all perfect for relaxing after swims at the beach.

THE AREA
You cannot get any closer to the beach than this, it is such a luxury to just stroll across the road and be able to see dolphins riding waves and humpback whales migrating in season from May to November. Bonny Hills is all about the outdoor live, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, winery tours. You name it, we got it. Many uncrowded beautiful beaches and bays.

OTHER
Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN BONNY HILLS, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 36 Rodley Street
From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie. In Bonny Hills once you see the Surf Life Saving club/Bonny's Beach Cafe on your right hand side slow down, take a right onto beach street. Left onto Rodley Street and the house is the 2nd on the left.
IF you come from the NORTH take the Lake Cathie/ Bonny Hills exist at the M1 and follow the Bonny Hills signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep driving along Ocean Drive towards North Haven, once you pass Bonny Hills Beach Hotel you will get to Beach Street take a left. Left onto Rodley Street and the house is the 2nd on the left.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
