Easy flowing home with timber flooring throughout. You enter via the hallway downstairs and as soon as you walk up the stairs your jaw will drop as soon as you capture the view.
You find an open plan living with air-conditioning, kitchen, dining, large front deck with magnificent views. Bedroom with a king bed and ceiling fan, can be closed off via french doors.
Downstairs you'll find the hallways, outdoor shower, laundry and garden.

THE AREA
Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November. Bartlett's Beach (550m) is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Grants head coastal walk is a must too. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 3 minutes drive. Jungarra Crescent (450m) has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store (900m) is a convenience store with takeaway store. Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 6 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights. Port Macquarie CBD is 24 minutes drive (27km), Port Macquarie airport 26 minutes drive (28.6km). So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your Bonny Hills holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there...or simply stay at home and relax.

Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, continue straight, pass Bonny view Store and continue straight. Take a right into Third Ave, left onto Hill St and thenright onto First Ave. House is on the left.

From Brisbane take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, turn left onto Elizabeth St, left onto Hill St and then right onto First Ave. House is on the right.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
