THE SPACE / LAYOUT
All living areas and bedrooms are on the 1st floor, walk up one internal stair case when you enter the house. The open plan living, dining and kitchen open up to the front deck with fabulous views. The outdoor deck has 2 lounge seats and a dining table for 8 people.
Down the hallway are the bedrooms, 3 with Koala beds, main bathroom with shower, bathtub and vanity, seperate toilet, and entrance to the back pool area. The main bedroom has TV, balcony with ocean views, walk-in robe, and large ensuite with walk-in double shower
Downstairs is a hallway, double garage, extra bathroom aka wet room with toilet and shower, as well as an extra hobby room, currently not in use.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Bartlett's Beach is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Jungarra Crescent has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store is a convenience store with takeaway store.
Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 8 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 30 minutes drive (25.5km), Port Macquarie airport 30 minutes drive (32km)

How to reach the property

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN BONNY HILLS, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 14 Honeysuckle Road

From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, take a right into Jordan Avenue, then continue onto Honeysuckle Road and the house is on your right hand side at number 14.

From Brisbane take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, once you pass the caravan park on the top of the hill, take the 2nd left into Jordan Ave. Keep following the road along the headland, as it becomes Honeysuckle Road, the house is on the right at number 14.

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
