You will instantly fall in love with this Hamptons style beach house and its magnificent location. All of today's conveniences are abound like ample kitchen wares, decent pots and pans, electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer. A kitchen fit for a chef! The pantry is well stocked with the basics and more for a care free stay. You will find a fully functioning house with proper furniture.

Upstairs back deck has an outdoor lounge / day bed, two outdoor comfortable chairs and two sun lounges.

No campervans or trailers can be erected on the back lawn without prior permission from property managers / property owners.

YARD
Please note that the backyard and front yard are NOT fully fenced. The backyard adjoins the beach and the front yard opens up to the street.

PETS ON REQUEST ONLY, PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager. As a courtesy to the property owner advise us of type of pet(s) and age(s), please chat to us about your needs. We also use this information for our statistics and to plan for cleaning. Well behaved, mature, non-shedding small to medium dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Maximum of 2 or 3 small dogs. Dogs to be kept downstairs in tiled areas, dogs are not allowed on beds and lounges. Please note that the backyard and front yard are NOT fully fenced. The backyard adjoins the beach and the front yard opens up to the street. Middle Rock beach is a dog friendly beach where dogs can roam and run around freely.

TOYS, GAMES
The house has multiple boardgames and books, In addition various outdoor toys can be used during your stay at your own risk: fishing rods, 4x push bikes, 2x boogie boards, canoe.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Lake Cathie and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Middle Rock Beach is straight across from the back yard. Middle Rock Surf break is 600 meters away. The lake, great for little ones and a paddlers delight, is at the end of the street, approximately 1.5 kilometres. Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills is 5 kilometres away.
Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 1 kilometre down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 20 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 25-30 minutes drive
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your Lake Cathie holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. . Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

How to reach the property

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL BEACH HOUSE IN LAKE CATHIE, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 110 Chepana St
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane. Take the Kew exit, follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie.

From Brisbane/North: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane and take the Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit. Follow the Lake Cathie signs.

In Lake Cathie take a right at Middle Rock Road (after the first round about), then left onto Chepana Street, the house is on your right hand side after about 150 meters.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 750.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
