Welcome to Sea-Gem - a downstairs single level fully self-contained dog-friendly modern 3 bedroomed apartment available for holiday makers and short-term furnished leases. Smart TV, free WiFi, walk to beach, lake and shopping centre. Ideal for couples, visiting professionals, people relocating or renovating. Not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old. Located on a block with 3 units: this downstairs apartment, an upstairs apartment and a garden studio at the back of the property (all of which can be rented). Port Macquarie is a 15 minute drive.

The court yard is shared, as upstairs guests/tenant and studio tenant walk through the courtyard to reach their front door. Please note outdoor dining area inside the court yard is exclusively for this downstairs unit.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Lounge room, kitchen and dining and access to the outdoor courtyard with alfresco dining are located in the front of the apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway. The outdoor dining area is be fully covered to keep you sheltered from sun and rain. Lounge room features a leather comfy lounge and Smart TV with sound bar. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity, toilet is separate. A second toilet is located inside the garage in the laundry area.

KITCHEN
Kitchen has an induction cooktop, french door fridge, large pantry, fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots and pans, stick blender, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich press.

HOT WATER
Hot water is via Solar.

PARKING
Plenty of free street parking available, this is a quiet cul-de-sac. Sorry, no driveway or garage parking. Driveway and garage are in use by longer term tenants in garden studio and upstairs apartment. The garage CAN be used to store boards or other items. Entrance door from garage to downstairs apartment

LAUNDRY - WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER
The laundry, with washing machine and dryer, is located in the garage, as well as an extra drinks fridge. Laundry is shared with studio tenant, drinks fridge shared between the 3 apartments.

PET FRIENDLY
Pet friendly on request, for small size dogs only. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed.
Please keep pets of lounge and beds.
PLEASE NOTE: another small dog and cat live on the property in the garden studio.

Strict no party rule applies, please be respectful to other on-site residents, thank you for your cooperation.
No schoolies, hens, bucks parties allowed
Lease contracts longer than 3 months on request.

From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane. Take the Kew exit, follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie.

From Brisbane/North: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane and take the Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit. Follow the Lake Cathie signs.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
