Stroll across the road to the saltwater river pool for a dip or throw in a line at the jetty. Just a short 1.7km to patrolled North Haven Beach. Airco & free wifi included. Apartment is accessible via 2 flights of outdoor stairs. Strictly no smoking allowed.

THE SPACE

A modern apartment with all the luxuries of home plus more. The owners live here part of the year and want to share their home with you. All furniture is brand new so please treat it as if it were your own. Sit back and take in the views of the Camden Haven River from the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee. A sunny, open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen including granite benchtops, dishwasher and induction cooktop. 3 bedrooms including the main with large walk in wardrobe & ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space too. The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. Fully stocked pantry, on a share & replace basis; you take some and leave some. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your home away from home.

PARKING

Garage available to guests, underneath the building. Plenty of free street parking available at the side of the building. Boats can be parked across the road near the boat ramp.

NO PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed due to Strata rules. We have many other pet friendly holiday homes, please filter on ‘pet friendly’ or chat to us about your needs. Please strictly no smoking inside the property or on the outside balconies.

FROM SYDNEY / SOUTH take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie. In North Haven keep driving along the river, you will see Riverview Service Centre on you left then take the next left at Vine Street. Park and get the key from the lock box, the lock box is located near the letterboxes. Once you have the keys, you can then park in the gated apartment block, a spot will be allocated. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival. FROM BRISBANE / NORTH: Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs to Bonny Hills and keep driving on Ocean Drive til North Haven, take a right at the roundabout, continuing along Ocean Drive. Take the next right on to Vine Street. Park and get the key from the lock box, the lock box is located near the letterboxes. Once you have the keys, you can then park in the gated apartment block, a spot will be allocated. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
