Centrally located, it is only a 15 minute drive to PQQ airport and a 10 min drive to downtown where you will find all the major restaurants, cafes and shops. A 5 min walk will take you to a local convenience store making this an effortless place for the ultimate R&R.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse located along the coastline of Port Macquarie. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The indoor living area opens out to an alfresco space with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing or dining outside. An electric BBQ is available for guest use. A laundry is available with a washing machine and laundry sink. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as the living area. The driveway accommodates parking for one vehicle, with additional street parking available.

OPTION 1 Take the Kew exit. When taking the Kew exit Follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. Drive past Shelly Beach. turn left at Leanda St and take the first right onto Dixon Ave.
OPTION 2 Take the M1 towards Port Macquarie, keep going and take the Hastings River Drive exit, just keep following the road straight and you will pass car dealerships, shops and eventually come at a round about, follow 'town beach / beaches' signs. turn left at Gordon St traffic lights. Keep following Gordon St until you reach Owen St. Turn right. Take the first left onto Burrawan St and then turn right onto Pacific Dr. Drive past Flynns Beach and Nobbys Beach. Turn right onto Leanda St and and take the first right onto Dixon Ave.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
