The indoor living area opens out to an alfresco space with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing or dining outside. An electric BBQ is available for guest use. A laundry is available with a washing machine and laundry sink. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as the living area. The driveway accommodates parking for one vehicle, with additional street parking available.
