THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Upstairs has double garage and hallway/entry way that leads to open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with mesmerising ocean views. A seperate TV room leads to a spacious outdoor entertainment deck overlooking the tropical garden.
Downstairs are all bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a large covered front deck that opens up to the street.

AIRCON
The whole house is air conditioned and each bedroom has its own temperature control which can be set from the main control at the top of the stairs.

GARDEN
An extensive tropical oasis can be found in the back, several walking path meander through the lush gardens.

THE AREA
Port Macquarie is all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally fresh food.

OTHER
Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, large loud adult groups, hens or bucks parties. Minimum age requirement is 27 years of age. We mostly cater to (multiple) families.

How to reach the property

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOME IN PORT MACQUARIE (Lighthouse Beach) , NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 33 Vendul Crescent. From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane. Take the Kew exit and start following coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie at Lighthouse Plaza (you see the Coles sign on your left hand side) take a left into Matthew Flinders Drive. Keep following the road for about 1 kilometre and take a left into Vendul Crescent, follow the road up and the house is on your left hand side.


TIP
You pass a big Woolworths supermarket on your left at Lakewood once you get off the highway if you like to stock up on supplies while driving in. Otherwise Coles supermarket is approx. 5min drive from the house and local stores about 3min drive. Meat can be pre-ordered from Wiggly Tail butchers.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 750.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
