If you have children that would love to pet the farm animals, please reach out and we could arrange this. At the moment we are in the process of setting up this service.
If you are lucky you will find fresh eggs in your welcome basket.

MASSAGE ON-SITE
Remedial/ relaxation massage services available on-site at extra fee provided by Listening Hands. Pre bookings essential.

THE AREA
Camden Haven area and Kew are quaint coastal towns with beautiful beaches, head land nature tracks where you can enjoy wildflowers in spring and migrating whales from May to November. In the hinterland you can visit beautiful waterfalls and water holes.

LOCATION
Just off the M1 highway and train line bordering the Camden Haven River. Gateway to Camden Haven and greater Port Macquarie. Easy in- and out. Note that you can hear the M1 in the background.

* IMPORTANT * The Hut is rustic, not brand new, yet comfortable and has character, and all you need.
Due to the rural location, you may notice some insects or critters, such as butterflies, daddy long legs, or spiders, making themselves at home.
The property owners are passionate about preserving the natural environment and have chosen not to use chemical treatments that could harm the surrounding ecosystem. While we do our best to maintain the home to a high standard, occasional sightings are part of the charm of being close to nature.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
