THE SPACE / LAYOUT
The property features an open-spaced living and dining area with multiple seating and work space options. The kitchen caters for all your needs. An extensive covered outdoor deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining table overlooking native Eucalyptus forest.
Down the hall you will find the 4 bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with large shower and toilet ensuite, a generous walk-in robe and doors to the balcony. The other 3 bedrooms use the main bathroom with shower, spa-bath, and separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine.

LINEN
Linen and towels are provided, all beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax. Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets are NOT allowed due to Timbarra estate rules, birds and wild life in the area. We have plenty of other properties that are pet friendly, just chat to us about your needs or filter on 'pet friendly'.

THE AREA – BEACH, BUSH, BIRDS, CAFES AND SHOPS
BBB is ideally situated for coastal adventures.
BEACHES: Dunbogan South Beach is accessible at the bottom of the street via the Timbarra Estate private beach access. Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach is a short 2.4km drive. They are safe swimming beaches.
BUSH: The hike to Point Perpendicular is a round trip of 4kms from Camden Head Road. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky can spot migrating whales between May-Nov.
BIRDS and wild life: You can spot many different species of birds here. Our frequent visitors to the balcony of the house are a resident Magpie family, Kookaburra, Rainbow lorikeets, blue wrens, honey eaters and many more. Goannas roam the bush land in the estate too. They are harmless, you may spot one or two.
CAFES: Laurieton is a short drive and is home to many great food spots. Try the Boatshed, Grounded Espresso or Bold Espresso bar for a fresh coffee or Delizioso for a lovely Italian meal.
Laurieton and Camden Haven are small, easy going, coastal towns they have no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 40 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 45-50 minutes drive. So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there, or simply stay at home and relax.

OTHER
No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 900.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
