BEACH FRONT FAMILY HOME, the 'sisters house', total 6 beds.

Welcome to 'Casa Sorella' the ‘sisters house’. The owners, two sisters and their families, use this house for beach holidays and share their house with you while they work away. All comforts are catered for: large kitchen, modern bathrooms, luxury fit out, smart TV’s, DVD’s, books, toys and free WIFI. Ample of space for everyone.

Pilot beach, a safe swimming beach, is straight across the road, great for little ones. Hiking tracks start 25 meters away at the end of the street, walk to the headland, admire wild flowers and birdlife in Kattang Nature reserve. Watch dolphins and whales pass by. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies. Doze on the deck to ocean sounds. It doesn’t get much better than this. Tranquility and the great outdoors straight at your doorstep: hiking, surfing, biking, fishing, you name it, we got it.

Local café and shop are just a short drive away, bigger supermarket and shopping centre in Laurieton approximately 5-7 minutes drive. Port Macquarie 30 minutes drive.

Casa Sorella is a single story house, all one level. The house easily suits one or two families, yet cosy enough for one or two couples .

THE SPACE
The house breathes good vibes with its modern and comfortable interior style, you will feel straight at home. All of today's conveniences are abound: free WIFI, DVD players, two Smart TVs, modern appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, high quality fresh linen, well stocked pantry for a care free stay. You will find a fully functioning house with proper furniture.

LAUNDRY Large laundry with washing machine and dryer and extra (drinks) fridge.

BBQ AND GARDEN The back deck has a large hooded gas BBQ and opens up to a levelled spacious, fully fenced, back yard. The outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off when coming back from the beach.

PARKING
Drive way parking and free street parking. Ample of space for cars, boat and other fun equipment.

POOL Outdoor salt-water pool. Heated from September to April, IMPORTANT: Note in winter (May, June, July, Aug, early Sep) the pool will not be heated, hence do NOT expect a heated pool in winter, thanks for your understanding.

PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST ONLY
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager only. Dogs to be kept outdoors on the back deck, preference for small and medium size dogs and/or outdoor dogs. Small non-shedding dogs allowed inside. Just chat to us about your needs. Pets to be kept off furniture and beds. The back yard is fully fenced. Front deck and garden is not enclosed and opens up to the road.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
