Set over two spacious levels and offering an ocean or bushland view from almost every room, this light filled home is the perfect beachside escape for families.
Enjoy secluded beachside living in the beautiful bushland setting at the gated Timbarra Estate with communal tennis court and private beach entrance.
Watch the whales and dolphins while you sit back on the viewing platform and wide timber deck that wraps around the rear of the house. The family friendly waters of Pilot beach, Dunbogan boat ramp, river and local park are just a short 5 minute drive. Laurieton town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and club are approximately 7 minute drive and a 40 minute drive into the hub of Port Macquarie. All modern comforts provided: aircon, fans, smart TV, free WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Ground level comprises the large living and dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Access to outdoor decks. Laundry down the hall.
Upstairs features a parents retreat with king bed, ensuite bathroom and outdoor deck with mesmerising ocean views throughout.
The kitchen has a gas stove, large fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. An extra (drinks) fridge is provided in the garage.

SORRY NO PETS
Pets are NOT allowed due to Timbarra estate rules. We have plenty of other properties that are pet friendly, just chat to us about your needs or filter on 'pet friendly'.

We cater to mature couples and families only and adhere a strict no party policy. Quiet times 10pm-7am. Please keep our neighbours happy. Property not suitable for large (young) adult groups, hens or bucks, schoolies and student groups.

How to reach the property

FROM SYDNEY / SOUTH take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), go through Laurieton on Bold street and follow the signs to Dunbogan. Over the bridge turn left onto the Boulevarde. Continue onto Camden head road and take a right onto Seaview Ave. At the end of the road will be the gated Estate of Timbarra. The code for the gate will be sent by SMS on the date of arrival. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival. FROM BRISBANE / NORTH: Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs to Bonny Hills and keep driving on Houston Mitchell drive, turn right at the roundabout onto Ocean Drive and follow until you go over the bridge at Laurieton. Take a left onto Bold street and follow the signs to Dunbogan. Over the bridge turn left onto the Boulevarde. Continue onto Camden head road and take a right onto Seaview Ave. At the end of the road will be the gated Estate of Timbarra. The code for the gate will be sent by SMS on the date of arrival.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 900.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
