The surrounding bushland and nearby national park make it an ideal spot for birdwatching, with frequent sightings of black cockatoos and many other native species or simply relax with a book and listen to the surf and birds. Wake to views of Dooragan National Park (North Brother). Named after the local black cockatoos, Zanda was built as a holiday home by an owner whose family has loved the area for over 35 years. They now share this special place with guests who appreciate the region’s natural beauty, reflected in the home’s nature-inspired artwork.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Three bedrooms each with queen beds, built in robes with storage space and hangers. All bedrooms have USB ports either on the bedside lamps or on the head board. The open plan living and dining areas flow from the island bench style kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Two bathrooms, one being the ensuite to the master bedroom, the other has both a bath and a shower with separate toilet. Inside living area opens up into the undercover alfresco with outdoor setting and Weber BBQ. There’s a separate media room with smart TV. High ceilings, plantation shutters and reverse cycle AC throughout with DC fans in every room. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, laundry sink. Double garage with EV charger (SolaX). Driveway can accommodate 2 medium sized vehicles and there’s plenty of street parking. Front yard is landscaped while the back yard is ‘work in progress’ as a native garden. Fully fenced and gated. THE AREA – BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Dunbogan and the Port Macquarie area are all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach is a short drive. They are safe swimming beaches. The hike to Point Perpendicular is a round trip of 4kms from Camden Head Road. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov.
Laurieton is a short drive and is home to many great food spots. Try Grounded Espresso for a fresh coffee or Delizioso for an authentic Italian meal.
Laurieton and Camden Haven are small, easy going, coastal towns they have no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 40 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 45-50 minutes drive
