Two storey home on a spacious corner block in the prestige canals area of Port Macquarie.
DOWNSTAIRS
Enter the house, the spacious foyer adjoins the double garage and takes you to the left into the fully equipped kitchen, formal lounge with gas fireplace, dining, and media room with comfy lounge that can be closed off from adult lounge room that leads directly onto your alfresco entertaining area and pool. The large family kitchen area with large window overlooking the pool with bar/servery and wine fridge.
Three downstairs bedrooms and main bathroom are to the right of the hallway, laundry with washing machine and dryer at the end of the hall and toilet. Main bathroom downstairs has a corner bath (spa inoperable), shower and toilet.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you find a parents retreat with king bed, TV, ensuite, walk-in robe and private balcony with water glimpses.

High quality linen is provided, all beds are made up for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.

LOCATION AND THE AREA
The house is location is located at corner Riverpark Drive and McInherney Close on the Canals. Hastings River, Banks cafe-restaurant, sailing club and Jordans boat shed at end of the street, 2 minutes stroll. Great for fishing, paddle boarding, boating. Short drive to beaches. Walk or drive to Settlement City Shopping Centre, Panthers and West Port Bowling club.
Easy in- and out of town to M1 highway, 15 minutes from highway exit Hastings River Drive or 7min to the Airport.

We cater to families only. Maximum occupancy 9 guests. We do not cater to young adults, schoolies, students and young adult groups under the age of 30 or loud adult guests or parties.
This is a very quiet area so respect our friendly neighbours and adhering to normal quiet times 10pm-7am is essential!
