QUINTESSENTIAL BEACH PAD, 4 beds. Enjoy Port Macquarie at its best. Beach and pleasures of town right on your doorstep, all walking distance. You simply can't go wrong with this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor luxury apartment.
Ocean views from every window. Town beach and Oxley beach straight across the road. Walk 10 min. to the heart of town with its hipster cafe's and gourmet restaurants. Walk 1 min. to the back of the building and you're at the Bowling Club. Walk 2 min. to outdoor tennis courts separate from building. Free WIFI. Air conditioning in lounge. You can't get more central than this location and yet have privacy, there are no neighbours looking into you.
LAYOUT & BEDS
3 Bedrooms and 4 beds in total: 3x Queen, 1x Single. All bedrooms have queen beds, 3rd bedroom has queen + single bed. Two bathrooms.
Beds all have new mattresses are made with fresh high quality linen, we wash all linen every time incl. doona covers. Rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboard and side desks space. Master and 2nd bedroom have frontal ocean views. Master bedroom has its own patio with ocean views. 3rd room has Oxley beach side ocean view. Ceiling fans.
Modern bathrooms: ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has shower, free standing bathtub, vanity and toilet.
THE SPACE
Tastefully decorated so you feel straight at home and not stuck in an average equipped unit. The owner lives here part of the year and shares the glory of her beach pad with you, so you find a fully functioning home that is pleasant to be in.
Open plan comfy stylish lounge opens up to a wide entertaining balcony with Weber BBQ. Stereo system, smart TV with Netflix and Fetch channels, free WIFI.
The kitchen is modern with all of today's conveniences. Fully stocked pantry, on a share and replace basis; you take some and leave some. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
OCEAN VIEWS
The views are magnifying, you can identify the surfers riding the waves across the street, that's how close you are to the beach
PARKING
1x Lock up garage available for guest use, in addition to free street parking. Town beach car park free is just across the road

Lift gets you to the apartment entrance on level 1, the apartment is all one level, or take the fire stairs.
