Quiet peaceful location

A clean and spacious studio for two people and a family pet. The back balcony looking out to the river was lovely to have breakfast in the mornings. It was great to be able to take our 14 year old German Shepard with us. Wish the weather had been less hot and muggy, but that’s to be expected In summer. The AC really helped. Close drive to the shops and fishing spots.

Kayaking on the canals, the location was perfect close to all local activities and plenty of food options in the area. The sunsets were stunning with a bbq and a wine, perfection!

A bit of communication issue with arrival time (between 3pm and 4pm). Cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived at 3.30 having been advised that we weren't arriving until 7pm. Not a big issue. Think that bathroom could do with an upgrade, no exhaust fan and bathroom window unable to be opened! Could have had an ice cube tray in fridge. But overall a very nice unit and pleasant stay. Unique location within the water channel area of Port Macquarie. Meant we could explore other areas we didn't know about before. We enjoyed North Beach area. Quiet and comfortable.
