THE SPACE/LAYOUT
This home is breathtaking on approach as well as the inside. Modern kitchen with 5 pit gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, large common TV lounge and separate adult lounge area, bench seats throughout the house to enjoy the garden and ocean views.
The kitchen opens up to a large alfresco entertaining BBQ area in a seclusive tropical setting. Ample of space for adults and kids to play on the green lawn. All four bedrooms have balconies with ocean views so you can enjoy the stunning views from every room.
"KILALA" OUR RESIDENT KOALA
The lush tropical bush around the house is home to our resident koala "Kilala", the name our 3yo calls the koala. Hopefully Kilala shows his face when you are there A separate 10x10 rainforest jungle patch is located in the corner of the property and is great for kids to roam around and explore the bush within the safe settings of the property boundary.

THE AREA
Kilala is 1km from lighthouse beach (approx. 2 min drive), a perfect beach for ideal long walks, taking a camel safari ride, beach fishing and 4WD access at the southern end. The beach is patrolled during the School Holidays. This is a great spot for surfers with ideal surfing beaches along the Port Macquarie coast. It is a luxury to just stroll across the road and enjoy this pristine beach. You're only a 5 min drive from Port Macquarie Golf Course with great quality golfing amenities. Port Macquarie is all about outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, biking, winery tours, many uncrowded beaches and bays waiting for you to discover them.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
