Linen and towels are provided, all beds (except for futon) are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.
Master bedroom opens up onto the back deck, watch the outdoors and star lit skies from your bed!
THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Downstairs features a spacious kitchen with all appliances you need for a comfortable stay, has the dining. The master bedroom is to the left and second bedroom to the right, the bathroom is in between the rooms in the hallway towards the outside deck. A second sneaky toilet is located in the laundry room off the outdoor back deck.
The back deck consists of a high bar seating area and a lower level lounge area. The deck opens up to a large green lawn. The garden is fully fenced.
Upstairs features a very comfy lounge / TV room and has a seperate verandah with magnificent ocean views. You can watch the whales pass by from May to November during their yearly migration.

Driveway parking, fits 2-3 cars. Plenty of free street parking. The lock up garage is in use by the owners for storage and is not accessible to guests.
PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST
We love dogs and pets. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed. We also use this information for our statistics and to plan in the cleaning.
Please keep pets off the lounge and beds. The back yard is fully fenced for your peace of mind.
THE AREA - WALK TO BEACH, CAFE'S AND SHOPS
The cottage is located on the beach side of Ocean Drive, the main coastal route from Lake Cathie to Port Macquarie. The beach is 5 minutes walk via a short cut route, Middle Rock Surf break is 800 meters away. Once you are in the house and on the back deck you find yourself in a relaxing setting and hardly recall you are in the heart of Lake Cathie with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre just 500 meters down the road. Lake Cathie is a small coastal town and has no traffic lights, just a few main streets, traffic in this small coastal town dies down after 6.30pm.
