Wake up to spectacular ocean views and sounds, watch the whales from the deck, hear the black cockatoos and just unwind. Unspoilt beaches, great surf, hiking trails, mountain bike tracks, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, golf, koala art, wine tasting; all within easy reach.

Shelly beach is just 50meters away or a 2 minute stroll. Bartlett or 'little beach' 5 minutes walk, Sharkies 10-15 minutes walk via the headland loop, and Rainbow patrolled beach 10-15 minutes walk. The master bedroom has water glimpses, a king bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and access to bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk bed and access to bathroom.

Welcome to 'Casa Sorella' the ‘sisters house’. The owners, two sisters and their families, use this house for beach holidays and share their house with you while they work away. Pilot beach, a safe swimming beach, is straight across the road, great for little ones. Hiking tracks start 25 meters away at the end of the street, walk to the headland, admire wild flowers and birdlife in Kattang Nature reserve. Watch dolphins and whales pass by. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies. Doze on the deck to ocean sounds. It doesn’t get much better than this. Tranquility and the great outdoors straight at your doorstep: hiking, surfing, biking, fishing, you name it, we got it.

Local café and shop are just a short drive away, bigger supermarket and shopping centre in Laurieton approximately 5-7 minutes drive. Port Macquarie 30 minutes drive.

The ground floor features hallway, study, multi-media / movie theatre room and open plan living and dining space at the back overlooking the yard and pool. Double garage is available for your use. An internal stair case in the hallway leads up to first floor.
The generous master bedroom has ocean glimpses and pool views. An ensuite and walk-in robe add to the luxe experience this house has to offer. A further 3 bedrooms and main bathroom with walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub are down the hall.

Please advise us of type of pet, age and breed as courtesy to property owners.

NORTH HAVEN BEACH
North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Single level, open plan living and dining, sliding doors onto verandah.
There is the main cottage and extra backyard studio, NOTE: studio is accessible via outdoor access only, no internal hallway. Walk via under cover walkway via front deck and outdoor dining area to the studio, approximately 5 meters and 3 outdoor steps.

Main cottage has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, one single bed
Bedroom 2 - one double bed
Sofa bed in lounge room
Bathroom with shower, vanity and seperate toilet in the hallway.

Seperate backyard studio - via external access:
Bedroom 3 - queen bed, portable aircon.
Second bathroom located in seperate backyard studio adjacent to the main cottage, via outdoor access.

THE SPACE
Open plan living with large modern kitchen with island bench. The kitchen features a large fridge, full electric ceramic stove with oven, microwave, note: no dishwasher. Vittoria coffee pod machine and coffee plunger. North Haven Cafe and Takeaway is just a 2 minutes stroll away. Well stocked pantry with all essentials and more.
Fresh food and green lovers, please treat yourself to herbs and most juicy passion fruits in the garden.
A guitar, books, games, 2x mountain bikes, fishing rods are available for your use (at your own risk)
This cottage is one of the original 5 cottages built back in 1955 following the dredging and creation of the channel and break-wall in the 1940's. The property is built from local hardwoods and has stood the test of time, having never flooded - including surviving the infamous 1962 and March 2021 floods. The original cottage has received the necessary TLC that now provides that now provides a perfect old-school beach and fishing shack getaway with all the modern comforts of today.

PET FRIENDLY
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from owner/manager. Dogs to be kept outdoors on verandah during the day, in the evenings they can be inside. Please keep dogs off lounge and beds and kindly clean up after them. The back yard is fully fenced. The front yard opens up to the main road, in future a fence line will be constructed around the full property. North Haven beach is pet friendly where dogs can roam free unleashed on the Northern side of the beach. Riverside walk along the Camden Haven river from North Haven to Dunbogan is a leashed area.

PARKING
Driveway parking on Wall street side fits 2x cars and plenty of street parking as the property is situated on a corner block. Plenty of space for boat or van.

Best location ever. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine.
Timber floors throughout lounge and kitchen, carpeted bedroom. All bedrooms with built-in robes. Part of the house are traditional style, yet other parts have been updated.

Conveniently situated 100m to Camden Haven River and 900m to North Haven Beac. The café at end of Edith St, is perfect for morning coffee, meals and serves the best ice cream in town. Easy stroll to other local restaurants along the Parade and Ocean Drive, as well as bowling club.
Enjoy the relaxed lifestyle with daily coastal walkways and beach visits.
Port Macquarie CBD and airport are 30 minutes drive.
