Welcome to Panorama Beach House, luxury beach house with swimming pool - breath-taking surf and ocean views, private position. Four bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, fifth bedroom fan only. All rooms with ensuites. Free WIFI. Spacious open-plan living, gourmet kitchen with gas stove. THE SPACE / LAYOUT
The home offers a fabulous beach holiday experience, ideal for extended families or couples seeking serenity, privacy, panoramic views, and modern comforts. Our idyllic north coast climate makes holidaying pleasant all year-round.
The property is set in a quiet neighbourhood, cul-de-sac position, and adjoins a reserve with ample room for cricket, footy, and off-street parking.
Upstairs you find the spacious open plan living with luxury finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen features marble bench tops, double ovens, large gas stove and French door fridge with ice maker. Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and seperate milk frother. Outdoor kitchen servery/bar. Study/office nook. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional powder room. The master bedroom has ocean views, a stone stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in robe and TV. The third bedroom has a TV and private balcony. Large outdoor entertaining and lounge deck with magnificent ocean views.

Downstairs is a self-contained 4^th bedroom annex second lounge / rumpus room with TV, kitchenette and ensuite. Downstairs 5^th bedroom has a separate entrance and tropical pool views. Laundry with washing machine and clothesline are downstairs too.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Bartlett's Beach is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Jungarra Crescent has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store is a convenience store with takeaway store.
Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 8 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 30 minutes drive (25.5km), Port Macquarie airport 30 minutes drive (32km)
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your Bonny Hills holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

Panorama Beach House has been our family home for 12 years, and was renovated in 2017. As the property was a registered bed & breakfast establishment, you will find ensuite bathrooms for all guests, a well equipped kitchen, the home well furnished, and the property well maintained. We like the choice of surfing and picnics at beautiful Rainbow Beach, or lounging poolside with friends at home, with BBQs on the deck, and cocktails at the bar.

Great house and location. Beds were very comfy and house was lovely and clean. Kids got a lot of use out of the pool, adults relaxed on the deck when it wasn’t raining. Close to beach and supermarket. Pricey and unfortunately we will need to find somewhere a little cheaper for our next family meet up. Otherwise a great long weekend away.

The overall house & view were amazing. Great large areas for the family to gather and great that each room had their own ensuite. The kitchen area especially was great being so open which worked well with many people in that area together. The house was very clean which was great.

The staff are really friendly! Great bathroom amenities at the house like shampoo, conditioner and kitchen items provided. Nice quiet town. Great views from property and the pool area is lovely. Thank you for the added extras like beach towels.

As a mum, I loved that it had everything already there for the kids - cot, high chair, games, pool toys, life jackets.... I pack so much stuff travelling with them (my car is a nightmare!) but they had it all there already so now that I know it's all there, I will pack much lighter next time we stay there! This was our first holiday in a long time so we felt a bit spoilt by the location. The sunrises from main bedroom were phenomenal, the full moon reflecting off the ocean at night was gorgeous, and the best part of the whole thing was that we saw whales breaching from the kitchen window twice! It was sooo amazing, and it just made it such a special week for us.

Loved the unique design of the home which lent itself to a holiday feel and it felt special. The views were amazing and highlights were the main bathroom area as well as the detailed inclusions - bathroom products and the laminated idea cards you included. My family loved the open up window and my girls actually wanted to cook and serve us breakfast due to the design, which was a bonus!
