Also there is no fenced garden, the deck and front yard open up to the road and park. Beachscape has plenty of other pet friend accommodation choices, just filter on 'pets friendly'.

Wake up to spectacular ocean views and sounds, watch the whales from the deck, hear the black cockatoos and just unwind. Unspoilt beaches, great surf, hiking trails, mountain bike tracks, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, golf, koala art, wine tasting; all within easy reach.

Shelly beach is just 50meters away or a 2 minute stroll. Bartlett or 'little beach' 5 minutes walk, Sharkies 10-15 minutes walk via the headland loop, and Rainbow patrolled beach 10-15 minutes walk. Or hop on a bike or in the car and you are there in no time. Or just simply relax on the verandah, in the garden or on the lounge.

Pilot beach, a safe swimming beach, is straight across the road, great for little ones. Hiking tracks start 25 meters away at the end of the street, walk to the headland, admire wild flowers and birdlife in Kattang Nature reserve. Watch dolphins and whales pass by. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies. Doze on the deck to ocean sounds. It doesn’t get much better than this. Tranquility and the great outdoors straight at your doorstep: hiking, surfing, biking, fishing, you name it, we got it.

Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are at the end of the street, just 3 minutes walk. Relax in the poolside cabana. Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River. The hike to Point Perpendicular is well worth it, even the kids can walk it, the trail starts at the end of the street, round trip of 4kms. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov. Modern conveniences abound: free WIFI, Aircon, Netflix, full Foxtel.

This has been our family holiday home for more than 30 years and we are happy to share it with you when we do not use it ourselves. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen area with water views. Kitchen has a ceramic hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet .
Downstairs is accessible via the outdoor front stairs and has an overflow bedroom with a double bed and single bunks, perfect for the teenage retreat. Outside off the back deck is a separate laundry building with second bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer.
The back yard is fully fenced, has an outdoor entertaining area partly covered, two sun loungers, large hooded Weber BBQ, and green level yard.


SURROUNDINGS
Local cafés and shops are just a short drive away. Many rock oysters are farmed in the area, get the freshest seafood from the local fish Coop.
Kattang Nature Reserve is at the end of the street with beautiful headland hiking trails, blow holes, view wild flowers in season and watch the whales migrate from May-Nov from Point Perpendicular. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies.
Pilot beach is a great swimming beach, also for laps as it is shelted. North Haven beach is patrolled in summer.
Surf beaches are 10 minutes drive, try North Haven, Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills and Middle Rock surf break in Lake Cathie

Parking is available on the driveway. Free street parking. The lock up garage is in use by the owners for storage and is not accessible to guests. Plenty of room for a boat in the driveaway, boat ramp is 5 minutes drive.

Large family home. Kitchen, living, lounges and laundry on main level, all bedrooms upstairs. The deck off the kitchen / main entry door overlooks the pool.
Downstairs is an additional studio which is not rented out, the owners use this for storage. You have the whole house to yourselves.

THE AREA
Middle Rock / Lake Cathie beach across the road, lake at end of the streat. Great for swimming, fishing, paddling. Middle Rock surf break 3 minutes drive, at end of the street. Woolworths shopping complex within 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Shops include a local local bakery, chemist bottle shop, petrol station, Lake Cathie tavern, Middle Rock Pizza. Andy’s Chinese take-away and Fish and Chips. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.

OTHER
We cater to couples and small families only. Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties, large (loud) adults groups.

THE AREA
You cannot get any closer to the beach than this, it is such a luxury to just stroll across the road and be able to see dolphins riding waves and humpback whales migrating in season from May to November. Port Macquarie is all about outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, winery tours. You name it, we got it. Many uncrowded beautiful beaches and bays. The house is located on the Port Macquarie coastal walk between Town Beach and Lighthouse Beach.

PARKING
Double garage with internal access to the house, driveway parking and free street parking. Plenty of room for boats.

PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST
Pets on request, pre-approval required from the property manager, suitable for small to medium size dogs. Please chat to us about your needs and inform us about the breed and age of your pet as courtesy to the property owners.

OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy as property is located in a quiet street. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.

Upstairs you find the spacious open plan living with luxury finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen features marble bench tops, double ovens, large gas stove and French door fridge with ice maker. Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and seperate milk frother. Outdoor kitchen servery/bar. Study/office nook. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional powder room. The master bedroom has ocean views, a stone stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in robe and TV. The third bedroom has a TV and private balcony. Large outdoor entertaining and lounge deck with magnificent ocean views.

Downstairs is a self-contained 4^th bedroom annex second lounge / rumpus room with TV, kitchenette and ensuite. Downstairs 5^th bedroom has a separate entrance and tropical pool views. Laundry with washing machine and clothesline are downstairs too.

The house has 6 to 7 beds in total and sleeps up to 10-11 guests :

THE SPACE
The home offers a fabulous beach holiday experience, ideal for extended families or couples seeking serenity, privacy, panoramic views, and modern comforts. Our idyllic north coast climate makes holidaying pleasant all year-round.
The property is set in a quiet neighbourhood, cul-de-sac position, and adjoins a reserve with ample room for cricket, footy, and off-street parking.

Panorama Beach House has been our family home for 12 years, and was renovated in 2017. As the property was a registered bed & breakfast establishment, you will find ensuite bathrooms for all guests, a well equipped kitchen, the home well furnished, and the property well maintained. We like the choice of surfing and picnics at beautiful Rainbow Beach, or lounging poolside with friends at home, with BBQs on the deck, and cocktails at the bar.

PET FRIENDLY
Pet friendly for outdoor dogs only and small inside dogs on request. Fully fenced yard. All pets to be pre-approved by management as courtesy to the property owner. Please chat to us about your pet(s) and needs.

PARKING
Driveway has space for 4 cars easily. Plenty of space for boats, trailers and caravans.

We welcome you to enjoy the property, and will do everything possible to make your stay very comfortable and memorable.
